This energizing class taps into inner strength and yogic discipline.
Expect kriyas, pranayama and strong, intentional movement. Pulse lights your inner flame — awakening focus, courage and quiet power. There is fire in your stillness. Stillness in your fire.

Slow, fluid and nurturing. Still invites you into surrender, into softness, into deep inner waters. We use props, blankets and breath to support full nervous system rest. A class for letting.

This intuitive, feminine class moves through the unseen: intention, rhythm, energy. Guided by the moon or season, we gather in ceremony — with breath, movement and meditation.

Upcomming classes
